Welcome to Lavace support. This page covers the fashion lookbook experience: Runway feeds, posting, social features, Studio AI generation, and coin purchases.

Please include your iOS version, Lavace app version, and a short description of the issue. We usually reply within 1–2 business days.

2. Getting started

Open Lavace and tap Let's Go to sign in (guest / quick login).
Browse Runway and Explore for outfit inspiration.
Use the center + button to publish a photo or video from your library.
Open Studio to generate an outfit image from a text prompt.
Manage profile, messages, blocked list, and account options in Profile → Settings.

3. Studio AI generation

Each successful generation uses coins (currently 65 coins per request as configured in the App).
New accounts may receive a one-time coin grant so you can try Studio.
On the result screen you can save to Photos, share, or publish to Runway.
If generation fails due to network or model availability, try again later. Whether coins are refunded depends on whether the request was fulfilled.
Do not submit prompts that include personal data you do not want processed, or content that violates our Terms.

4. Coins & purchases

Coins are a virtual currency used only inside Lavace (for example, Studio generation).
Purchases are consumable in-app purchases processed by Apple. Prices shown in the Coin Store come from the App Store.
Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money.
For billing or refund questions, contact Apple Support or use the purchase history tools in your Apple ID settings, and copy us at anisahmariceut@outlook.com if needed.

5. Photos, camera & microphone

Photo Library — pick media for posts / profile and save generated looks.
Camera — take a profile photo.
Microphone — used when recording video that includes audio.

If a feature asks for access and you previously denied it, open iOS Settings → Lavace and enable the needed permission.

6. Community & safety

You can like, comment, follow, collect, message, report, and block other users.
In this lookbook experience, community posts, chats, and related social data are stored primarily on your device.
Use Report / Block when you see abusive content. For urgent safety concerns, email support with details.

7. Account & data

Log out — Profile → Settings → Log out.
Delete Account — Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This clears local business data for the community experience and signs you out.
Uninstalling the App also removes on-device community data stored by Lavace.

8. Troubleshooting

Can't generate — check coin balance, network connection, and try again.
Can't pick photos / record — confirm Photo Library / Camera / Microphone permissions in iOS Settings.
Purchase not credited — wait a moment, reopen Coin Store, then email us with the product code and approximate purchase time.
App freeze or crash — force-quit and relaunch; if it continues, tell us your device model and iOS version.
