This Privacy Policy explains how Lavace collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our iOS application. By using Lavace, you agree to this Policy.

1. Who we are

Lavace is a fashion community app that lets you browse outfit inspiration, create posts, chat with other users, and generate AI outfit images using in-app coins.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the App, we may process the following categories of data:

• Account data — identifiers created at login (such as a user token / device-linked account) needed to sign you in and keep your session.
• Profile data — nickname and profile avatar you choose.
• User content — photos, videos, titles, descriptions, comments, and messages you create.
• AI generation inputs — text prompts and style selections you submit to create AI outfit images.
• Purchase data — product identifiers and transaction records related to consumable coin purchases processed by Apple.
• Device & diagnostics — device identifiers, app version, and basic technical logs needed for security, crash diagnosis, and service quality.
• Advertising / attribution data — if you grant App Tracking Transparency permission, we may use attribution SDKs (such as Adjust) to measure installs and campaign performance.

3. How we use information

• Provide core features: login, feed browsing, posting, social interactions, AI generation, and coin balance management.
• Process AI outfit requests by sending your prompt to our image generation service and returning the generated image to your device.
• Process in-app purchases through Apple StoreKit and credit virtual coins.
• Improve product stability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
• Measure marketing performance when tracking is authorized.

4. Local storage in community mode

In the community experience reviewed for App Store submission, many social features store data primarily on your device, including posts you create, likes, comments, follows, blocks, reports, chat messages, generated outfit files, and coin ledger history. Deleting the App or using Delete Account will remove local business data as described in the App.

5. AI generation & third-party processing

When you use AI Outfit generation, the prompt text (and related generation parameters such as model/size) is transmitted to an image generation service so that an outfit image can be created. The resulting image may be downloaded and saved to your device. Please do not include personal data you do not want processed in prompts.

We do not sell your personal information. AI prompts are used to fulfill your generation request and for related security/abuse prevention.

6. Permissions

• Photo Library — select media for posts/profile and save generated images.
• Camera — take a profile photo for your stylist identity.
• Microphone — used when recording video content that includes audio.
• Tracking — optional; used only after you allow tracking for install attribution.

You can change permissions in iOS Settings at any time. Denying a permission may limit related features.

7. Sharing of information

We may share information with:

• Service providers — hosting, security, analytics/attribution, and AI image generation providers that process data on our behalf.
• Apple — for Sign-in/session infrastructure where applicable and for in-app purchase processing.
• Legal authorities — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the service.

We do not sell personal information to data brokers.

8. Data retention

Account and server-side operational logs are retained only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. Local community data remains on your device until you delete it, delete your account, or uninstall the App. Temporary generation payloads are not intended for long-term storage beyond providing the feature.

9. Children’s privacy

Lavace is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

10. Your choices

• Edit profile information in the App.
• Control camera/photos/microphone/tracking permissions in iOS Settings.
• Stop using AI generation or posting features at any time.
• Log out or delete your account from Settings (Delete Account clears local business data and signs you out).
• Contact us to ask questions about this Policy.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information in transit and on device. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

12. International users

If you access Lavace from outside the region where our servers or providers operate, your information may be processed in other countries that may have different data-protection laws.

13. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
